Medical content, reviewed line by line

From your brief and evidence to released materials, with a qualified medical reviewer at the centre.

  1. Step 1 · You

    Brief and evidence

Share the brief, audience, prescribing information, approved references and brand guidelines. The evidence sets the limits.

  2. Step 2 · Our team

    Development

Our medical writers develop the content, with technology-assisted drafting and every claim mapped to its reference.

  3. Step 3 · Medical reviewer

    Qualified medical review

Each claim is checked line by line. Edits, notes and decisions are recorded.

  4. Step 4 · Our team

    Design and production

Approved wording is produced in your formats, to your brand guidelines.

  5. Step 5 · You

    Approval and release

The material goes through your own approval process. Versions, owners and decisions are kept.

Questions

Frequently asked

Who reviews the content?

Qualified medical reviewers from our team check every piece line by line against its references. Your own medical or MLR approval remains the final sign-off before anything is used.

Do you use AI?

We use technology, including AI-assisted tools, to speed up research, drafting and consistency checks. Every claim is reviewed by a qualified medical professional, and nothing is released without human approval.

What evidence do you work from?

Only what you provide or authorise: prescribing information, approved references, published studies and your brand guidelines. Statements that cannot be supported by that evidence are flagged, not written.

Who owns the content?

You do. Ownership, confidentiality and data handling are set out in our agreement before work starts.

How is confidential information protected?

We work under confidentiality agreements, restrict access by role and follow the data-processing terms agreed with each client.

How fast is delivery?

Turnaround depends on the asset and your review process. We agree turnaround times for each deliverable type in the statement of work and report against them every month.
