Scope, deliverables, evidence, roles, review responsibilities and timelines.
- 03
Execute
Qualified specialists develop the work, assisted by structured workflows and tools.
- 04
Review
Content goes through the agreed medical review and quality steps.
- 05
Improve
We track turnaround, feedback and outcomes to keep improving.
From brief to release
The brand manager and the medical reviewer are the two people at the centre; our team and platform handle everything in between.
- Step 1 · You
Brief and evidence
Share the brief, audience, prescribing information, approved references and brand guidelines. The evidence sets the limits.
- Step 2 · Our team
Development
Our medical writers develop the content, with technology-assisted drafting and every claim mapped to its reference.
- Step 3 · Medical reviewer
Qualified medical review
Each claim is checked line by line. Edits, notes and decisions are recorded.
- Step 4 · Our team
Design and production
Approved wording is produced in your formats, to your brand guidelines.
- Step 5 · You
Approval and release
The material goes through your own approval process. Versions, owners and decisions are kept.
Five principles govern every piece of work
Evidence first
Content is developed only from client-provided, authorised scientific evidence.
Medical oversight
Qualified medical professionals review content and make the medical decisions.
Traceability
Claims, references, review comments and versions are documented.
Visibility
Ownership, review status and timelines are tracked for every request.
Data protection
Client content and access follow agreed security and data-processing arrangements.
Built for regulated work
Confidentiality
Confidentiality agreements and role-based access for every engagement.
Your content, your ownership
Ownership and data handling are written into the agreement.
Your approval is final
Our review supports your MLR process; it never replaces your sign-off.
Audit trail
Who changed what, when and why is kept for every version.
Frequently asked
Who reviews the content?
Qualified medical reviewers from our team check every piece line by line against its references. Your own medical or MLR approval remains the final sign-off before anything is used.
Do you use AI?
We use technology, including AI-assisted tools, to speed up research, drafting and consistency checks. Every claim is reviewed by a qualified medical professional, and nothing is released without human approval.
What evidence do you work from?
Only what you provide or authorise: prescribing information, approved references, published studies and your brand guidelines. Statements that cannot be supported by that evidence are flagged, not written.
Who owns the content?
You do. Ownership, confidentiality and data handling are set out in our agreement before work starts.
How is confidential information protected?
We work under confidentiality agreements, restrict access by role and follow the data-processing terms agreed with each client.
How fast is delivery?
Turnaround depends on the asset and your review process. We agree turnaround times for each deliverable type in the statement of work and report against them every month.
